<p n="928">That your Petitioner was on the Eighteenth day of July last Past Convicted<lb></lb>

Vellum Parchment and Paper or some person duly authorized by them agreeable to the<lb></lb>
directions of a certain Act of Parliament made and passed in the Twentieth year of His<lb></lb>
present Majesty's Reigh intituled "An Act for repealing an Act made in the Nineteenth<lb></lb>
year of the Reign of HIs present Majesty intituled "An Act for granting unto His<lb></lb>
Majesty Certain Duties on Licences to be taken out by all persons letting Horses to"<lb></lb>
"hire for travelling in the manner therein mentioned and certain Duties on all Horses"<lb></lb>
"let to hire for the purpose of travelling post and by Time and upon certain Carriages<lb></lb>
therein mentioned and for granting other duties in lieu thereof" against the form of the<lb></lb>
Statute in that Case made and provided.</p>
<p n="929">That the said Justice did therefore declare and adjudge that your said Petitoner<lb></lb>
had forfeited the Sum of Two pounds of lawful money of Great Britain for the Offence<lb></lb>
aforesaid to be distributed as the Law directs according to the form of the Statute in the<lb></lb>
Case made and provided.</p>
<p n="930">That your Petitioner conceiving himself Aggrieved by the said Conviction<lb></lb>
and adjudication of the said Justice<del>Oath doth therefore</del>
humbly appeals<gap reason="illegible"></gap>

against the same and prays such Relief in the premises as to this<lb></lb>
Honble Court shall seem meet</p>
