herself saith that on Wednesday the Fourth<lb></lb>
day of October Instant, the Door of her Yard<lb></lb>
was broke open, and a Quantity of wet Linen<lb></lb>
stolen out of the Yard of her House, and having<lb></lb>

put her Hands upon a pair of Streets now produced<lb></lb>
her Property which was part of the Linen stolen<lb></lb>
out of the Yard, and told the Prisoner they were<lb></lb>
her Streets, and in the Prisoner's Room also<lb></lb>
found a Petticoat which was stolen out of the<lb></lb>
YardSays, that the Prisoner claimed he<lb></lb>

Prisoner's Room, she asked her where it was,<lb></lb>
and the Prisoner said she knew nothing about<lb></lb>
itInformant then searched for it and<lb></lb>
found the Petticoat secreted under some Shavings<lb></lb>
Prisoner said, she did not know how it came<lb></lb>
there</p>

Clark for herself saith, that she was present<lb></lb>
