where one Mr. Ferrier lived which she this Informant<lb></lb>

appeared as it going away, and she turned her back<lb></lb>
of him to go into the Kitchen, but looking over her<lb></lb>
Shoulder perceived the said Jenkins returned into<lb></lb>
the Shop, and at the Door of the Shop saw him<lb></lb>
with a piece of Linen under his Arm, on which<lb></lb>
she ran after him thinking to take him, but not<lb></lb>
being able she cried out stop Thief, and he was<lb></lb>
pursued by several people and taken And this<lb></lb>

he was passing by Mr. Newson's Door at the time<lb></lb>
above described and hearing the Informant Mary<lb></lb>
Lamb cry out, and seeing the said William<lb></lb>
Jenkins the prisoner run away, he pursued him<lb></lb>
and took him, says that as he was following him<lb></lb>
he saw him drop the piece of Irish Linen now<lb></lb>
produced, and this Informant Edmund Newson for<lb></lb>
himself saith that the said piece of Irish Linen is his<lb></lb>
property, and was stolen from him, and is of the<lb></lb>
