several Growers Sellers and Importers<lb></lb>
of Rape Seed within the City of London<lb></lb>
and the Liberties thereof</p>

That for some time past the common Market<lb></lb>
Price of middling British Rape Seed at the new Corn<lb></lb>
Market in Mark Lane hath exceeded the Sum of<lb></lb>
seventeen Pounds and ten shillings per Last the<lb></lb>
Continuance whereof your Petitioners apprehend will<lb></lb>
prove very detrimental to the City in General and to<lb></lb>
your Petitioners in particular</p>
<p n="1028">That your Petitioners are ready to make the<lb></lb>
Truth hereof appear and to prove the same in such<lb></lb>
manner as by the Statutes in that behalf is required</p>
<p n="1029">Your Petitioners therefore most<lb></lb>
humbly pray that this Honourable<lb></lb>
Court will take their Case into<lb></lb>
Consideration and proceed to examine<lb></lb>
and determine the common Market<lb></lb>
Price of middling British Rape<lb></lb>
Seed as the same is now and hath<lb></lb>
been lately bought and sold in the<lb></lb>
Markets of this City and certify the<lb></lb>
same to his Majesty's Chief Officer<lb></lb>
and Collector of the Customs in such<lb></lb>
manner as by the Statutes in this<lb></lb>
behalf is required and directed</p>
