that on Friday this 3d. Say of Febry inst. when the deced went<lb></lb>
to Attend his Duty as a Watchman in Bishopsgate<lb></lb>
Ward he appeared to her to be in perfect health but<lb></lb>
on his not returning the next Marning at the<lb></lb>

at time he went to inquire after him and was<lb></lb>
informed that he had been unelly bent by come<lb></lb>
Ruffians as he was on Duty the preveding night<lb></lb>
and that he had been & sent to St. Bartholomew's<lb></lb>
Hospital where she saw him the same Morning<lb></lb>

occasion his death that she attended upon him<lb></lb>
every day to the time of his death which happened on<lb></lb>
