was thought unnecessary, says the deced appraised<lb></lb>
Pretty well till the Sunday Evening then next<lb></lb>
following when he complained of a pain in his<lb></lb>
Head which continued till the Thursday then<lb></lb>

Mrs. Young Surgeon belonging to sd. Hospital thought at<lb></lb>
necessary to perform the Operation of trepaning<lb></lb>

Symptons continued till Friday last the 8th. of<lb></lb>
July inst. which was the last time Dept. saw the<lb></lb>
deced alive and Dept. hath been informed and<lb></lb>
believes that the deced died the next day being the<lb></lb>
9th. day of the sd. July: says the deced mentioned<lb></lb>
in Depts. Hearing that the Hunt was given the<lb></lb>
deced by a Bricklayers Hammer but did not<lb></lb>
mention the Person's Name who gave him the<lb></lb>
Blow: that Dept. hath carefully inspected and<lb></lb>
examined the deced's Wound and verily believes the<lb></lb>
same to be the cause of the death of the deced:</p>
