hath exceeded the<lb></lb>
Sum of sixteen Shillings the Quarter the Continuance<lb></lb>
whereof your Petitioners apprehend will prove<lb></lb>
very detrimental to the City in General and to your<lb></lb>
Petitioners in particular</p>

the the truth hereof appear and to prove the same in such<lb></lb>
manner as by the Statues in that behalf is required<lb></lb>
and directed</p>

humbly pray that this Honourable Court<lb></lb>
will take their Case into Consideration and<lb></lb>
proceed to examine and determine the<lb></lb>
common Market price of middling British Oats<lb></lb>
as the same is now and hath been lately<lb></lb>
bought and sold in the Markets of this<lb></lb>
City and to certify the same to his Majesty's<lb></lb>
Chief Officer and Collector of the Customs<lb></lb>
in such manner as by the Statutes in<lb></lb>
this behalf is required and directed</p>
