Evening and Tuesday Morning last a Bureau in the compling House of this<lb></lb>

one Number 456 dated the 12th. of December 1772 for Fifty<lb></lb>

on Particular Business on Monday Evening last<lb></lb>
absconded from this Informants Dwelling house<lb></lb>
without his Knowledge from which Cause this<lb></lb>
Informant violently Suspected the said Richard<lb></lb>
Burnett to have committed the said FelonySaith<lb></lb>
that he this Informant on enquiry found the said<lb></lb>

in the Riding aforesaid on which this Informant<lb></lb>
pursued and at Stamford heard the said Burnett had<lb></lb>
attempted to get Cash for a Fifty Pounds Bank<lb></lb>
Note which this Informant strongly Suspected was<lb></lb>
the same Note as so StoleSaith he pursued him<lb></lb>
forward to Doncaster where this Informant was<lb></lb>
Informed the said Burnett had got Cash for the said<lb></lb>
Bank Note of one Mr. Gill in whose hands this<lb></lb>
Informant Yesterday saw the said Note which is the<lb></lb>
Same Note as was so Stole from this Informant<lb></lb>
Saith that last Night he apprehended the said Richard<lb></lb>
Burnett at Newby Wisk in the said Riding and that</p>
