his Hurts and complained that he was very<lb></lb>
ill on which Dept. asked what was the matter<lb></lb>
with him, who answered he had been kicked<lb></lb>
by an Horse, that Dept. procured him a Lodging<lb></lb>
neat day Dept. out for Mr. Uwin an <rs type="occupation" id="LMSLPS15083_occ174">Apothecary</rs>

Horse, he insisted on the deced's telling how<lb></lb>
his hurts realy happened who told him that as<lb></lb>
he was drinking a Pint of Beer at the Barley<lb></lb>
More the Sunday before Christmas, the two<lb></lb>
Persons having worke together Saml. Westley<lb></lb>
being one as Dept deceasd was quiting his<obscured></obscured>

Westley struck him<obscured></obscured>
though Dept deced had<lb></lb>
never offended him in his life which rendred<lb></lb>
him insensible and that he was as a lying man<lb></lb>
and that Westley had hilled him says the deced<lb></lb>
