Handkerchief value six pence this Deponents<lb></lb>
property And this Deponent upon his Oath further<lb></lb>
Saith that he not having ever been concerned in<lb></lb>
a prosecution of any find of that sort and ignorantly<lb></lb>
imagining that notice would be sent to him to<lb></lb>
information when to attend to prosecute the said<lb></lb>

and this Deponent<lb></lb>
further saith that his always intended to appear<lb></lb>
