person not able to work or get her Living whereby the is become<lb></lb>
chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre and was then in the<lb></lb>

and Builder who keeps<lb></lb>
a great House and Timber Yard on the West Side of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15079_geo319">the Fleet</rs>

<interp inst="LMSLPS15079_geo319" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
Market<lb></lb>
London and another Timber Yard in the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre<lb></lb>
and carries on a very extensive Trade and who is of sufficient Ability<lb></lb>
to maintain his said Mother and therefore prayed that this Court<lb></lb>
would be pleased to make such Order in the Premisses for the Relief of<lb></lb>
the Petitioners as the Court should seem meet Whereupon it is ordered<lb></lb>
that the final Hearing and Determination of the Matters of the said<lb></lb>
Appeal be and the same is hereby adjourned unto the next General<lb></lb>
Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the said City at the Guildhall<lb></lb>
aforesaid on Monday the Eleventh Day of April next at Eight of the Clock<lb></lb>
in the Morning and that the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15079_n651-4">James Hanson</rs>

<interp inst="LMSLPS15079_n651-4" type="surname" value="Hanson"></interp>

have Notice hereof in<lb></lb>
the mean time that he may attend and shew Cause why he should not<lb></lb>
be assessed and charged for the Relief of his said Mother according to the<lb></lb>
Statute in that behalf.</p>
