he had directions to go with a Lighter Boat to receive on board from<lb></lb>
the said Ship or Vessell Forty one Sacks of Salt containing One<lb></lb>
hundred and Sixty four Bushels in order to be conveyed to <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15077_geo175">Queen hithe</rs>

a Sound and good Lighter boat of the Burthen of Eleven Tons and more<lb></lb>

Deponent from the said Ship in order to go through London Bridge<lb></lb>
with the Tide which then wanted about an hour of High Water And said<lb></lb>
that as soon as the said Lighter Boat came near the said Bridges he<lb></lb>
this Deponent found that the Tide run so strong that he was obliged to<lb></lb>
endeavour as the safest way to put the said Lighter Boat Stern<lb></lb>
foremost through the said Bridge but the Stern of the said Lighter</p>
