Thursday the 15th. inst. this Dept. was for to the deced's<lb></lb>
Lodgings in Aldersgate Street where Dept (who being<lb></lb>
about when the Message was sent on his return home<lb></lb>
repaired; that the deced when Dept. came theretold Dept.<lb></lb>
that he had received an hurt in his head by some ill<lb></lb>
usage he had received at a Publisk House in Thames<lb></lb>
Standby some Villains there by throwing him upon<lb></lb>
the ground: that he complaint of a great pain in his<lb></lb>
head and of a giddiness;<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
that he did not know who<lb></lb>
the persons were who had abused him; that Dept<lb></lb>
examined his head but did not find any external<lb></lb>
hunt that he was in a very high Fever, and was troubled<lb></lb>
with frequent Vomitings, and Dept. was informed that<lb></lb>
the deced was afflicted with sudden Convulsion Fitts<lb></lb>
at Intervals: that from Dept. twist<obscured></obscured>
the deced he<lb></lb>
thought his case very dangerous, and Dept respected<lb></lb>
that he had received some external Injuries in his<lb></lb>
Brain by the Sympsons that to appeared that he attended<lb></lb>
him every day except one from that time to the time<lb></lb>
of his death which happened Wednesbury Evening<lb></lb>
last the 28th. Instant: says the deced Vamiting<lb></lb>
was not so violent or as his Fever for three or<lb></lb>
four days after Depts. having visited him as before, but<lb></lb>
his Complaint of the<obscured></obscured>
in<del>his head</del>
the right<lb></lb>
side of his head was as bad as it had been before<lb></lb>
that abt. 4 or 3 days after Dept. had attended him he had<lb></lb>
intriely last the one of his left side and feeling that he<lb></lb>
continued gradually languishing till be died<gap reason="illegible"></gap>

That since the death of the deced Dept. opened lies<lb></lb>
Skull, having before examined<del>him</del>
the natural Parts of his<lb></lb>
head, & on opening the Skull found there was no injury done<lb></lb>
to it but there was a large Quantity of concealed Blood in the<lb></lb>
Rightside of the Brain, Dept. apprehends was the immediately<lb></lb>
occaison of his Death.</p>
