answered there had been a Quarrel between the deced<lb></lb>
and Walter & that the deced had struck Walter ever the<lb></lb>
Shoulder with a Mattock and thereby broke the Handle<lb></lb>
from it, and the deced also with the Handle of the said<lb></lb>
Mattock knocked<del>the deced</del>
Walter down by a Blow on the side<lb></lb>
of his Head that when Walter got up, Walter struck<lb></lb>
the deced upon the side of his Head with his Fists brot.<lb></lb>

Order to quarrel with him, and that the deced had struck Walter<lb></lb>
over the shoulder, pointing to his last Shoulder with the Handle of a<lb></lb>
Pit and wch broke with the Blow and knocked him down, that when<lb></lb>
Walter got up he struck the deced with his Fist upon one of his<lb></lb>
Temples and knocked him down, and<del>Walter</del>
the deced after receiving<lb></lb>
the sd. Blow cod. not rise did not, and there laid sulby.</p>
