this Deponent acquainted the said Mr. Hutchinson at Durham who

thereupon rected Satisfied for Some time but not hearing for a

considerable Time any more from the said Mr. Hall, he the said

Mr. Hutchinson by Letter desired this Deponent to let him know if

all was concluded and done, and then this Deponent applied again
