on a Table in the Room wch he held up & appear as to be a <lb></lb>
Woman's Shift almost tord to pieces ;that Dept. asked sd.<lb></lb>
Daniels how he could be guilty of so heinous a Crime<lb></lb>
Dept. meaning his throwing his Wife out at the Window<lb></lb>
to which Sd. Daniels answered she had thrown herself out<lb></lb>
that Dept. asked him how her Shift came off to wch. he<lb></lb>
