then and there used for all the subjects of our said lord<lb></lb>
the King to go return pass repass on foot at all times of the<lb></lb>
year at their will and pleasure with force & anns did lay<lb></lb>
put and place and did cause to be layd put and placed certain<lb></lb>
Ropes and pullies that is to say twenty Ropes and ten pullies<lb></lb>
in and your the East side of the said Comon Footway there and<lb></lb>
continued the said Ropes and Pullies so Placed there for de<obscured></obscured>

long and unreasonable spaces of time to wit for the space of form<lb></lb>
hours and more upon every and each of the said several Days & times respively<lb></lb>
Whereby the said footway during the said spaces of time was blocked up <obscured></obscured>

and rendred dangerous and by reason thereof the subjects of our said lord<lb></lb>
the King could not during the said several spaces of time on any of them<lb></lb>
