That your Petr. at the times of making the Several Rates<lb></lb>
herein aftermentioned was and Still is an <rs type="occupation" id="LMSLPS15062_occ332">Officer and Servant</rs>

<p n="526">That your Petr. for doing his Duty & Service afsd. doth Reside and Inhabit<lb></lb>
in a Certain House or Building part of or belonging to the Governours of the<lb></lb>
sd. Hospital & Situate in the Parish afsd. And your Petitioner so residing &<lb></lb>
Inhabiting was by a Rate or Assessment made on the 15th. Day of Novr. 1750.<lb></lb>
for the Relief of the poor of the said Parish for 13 Weeks Comencing from the<lb></lb>
15th. Day of July then last past to the 14th. Day of October Exclusive and by<lb></lb>
another like Rate or Assessment made on the 7th. Day of Febry 1750 for<lb></lb>
the like Relief for 13 Weeks Comencing from the 14th. Day of October then<lb></lb>
last past Rated and Assessed with other Inhabitants of the same Parish<lb></lb>
towards the sd. Relief for and in Respect of your Petitioners sd. Residence<lb></lb>
& Habitation whereby your Petitioner Conceiveth himself Aggrieved &<lb></lb>
doth humbly Appeal agt. the same.</p>
<p n="527">Your Petr. therefore humbly prays your Lordp. and this<lb></lb>
Honoble Court to take the Premes in Consideration and to<lb></lb>
Grant him such Relief therein as to your Lordp. and this<lb></lb>
Honoble Court shall seem meet.</p>
