That your Petr. at the times of making of the Several Rates herein<lb></lb>

<p n="489">That your Petr. for doing his Duty & Service afsd. doth reside and<lb></lb>
Inhabit in a Certain House or Building part of or belonging to the Govrs. of<lb></lb>
the said Hospital and Situate in the Parish aforesd. And your Petr. so<lb></lb>
residing and Inhabiting was by a Rate or Assessment made on the 15th.<lb></lb>
Day of November 1750 for the Relief of the Poor of the sd. Parish for 13<lb></lb>
Weeks Comencing from the 15th. Day of July then last past to the 14th. Day<lb></lb>
of October exclusive and by another like Rate or Assessment made on<lb></lb>
the 7th. Day of February 1750 for the like Relief for 13 Weeks Comencing<lb></lb>
from the 14th. Day of October then last past Rated and Assessed with other<lb></lb>
Inhabitants of the same Parish towards the said Relief for and in Respect<lb></lb>
of yr. Petitioners sd. Residence & Habitation whereby yr. Petitioner<lb></lb>
Conceiveth himself Aggrieved and doth humbly Appeal agt. the same</p>
<p n="490">Your Petitioner there fore humbly Prays your Lordship<lb></lb>
and this Honoble Court to take the Premes into Consideration<lb></lb>
and to grant him such Relief therein as to your Lordship<lb></lb>
and this Honoble Court shall seem meet.</p>
