and Maintain a Certain Common ill governed and disorderly House and in his said House for his own Lucre<lb></lb>
and gain Certain Evil and ill disposed Persons As well Men as Women of Evil Name and Fame and of<lb></lb>
dishonest Conversation to frequent and come together then and the said other Days and times there<lb></lb>
Unlawfully and wilfully did Cause and procure the Said Men and Women in his said House at unlwfull<lb></lb>
times as well in the Night as in the Day then and the said other Days and times there to be and remain<lb></lb>
Drinking, Tipling, Whoring, and Misbehaving themselves unlawfully and willingly did permit and<lb></lb>
yet doth Permitt To the great Damage and Common Nusance of all the Subjects of our said Lord the<lb></lb>
King and Against the Peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity Which said<lb></lb>
Indictment Our said Lord the King did afterwards for Certain Reasons cause to be brought before him<lb></lb>
to be determined according to the Law and Custom of England Wherefore the Sheriffs of the said City<lb></lb>
of London were Commanded that they should cause him to come to answer to our said Lord the King<lb></lb>
touching and concerning the premisses aforesaid And Now (that is to Say) on Monday next after<lb></lb>
