legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-<lb></lb>
able thereto by reason of their Poverty and the Blindness<lb></lb>
of the said David Dunkenunless timely prevented,<lb></lb>
which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch<lb></lb>
as it appears unto us by the Oath of the said David Dunken<lb></lb>
that about fourteen years ago he served his Apprentiship<lb></lb>

And that he by any meanes whatsoever hath<lb></lb>

not obtaind.and subsequent Settlement. We the said Ju-<lb></lb>
stices are therefore of Opinion, and do adjudge the last<lb></lb>
legal Settlement of the said David Dunken and the<lb></lb>
said Margaret his Wifeto be in the said<lb></lb>
Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate in the County<lb></lb>
of Middlesex aforesaidand that thitherto they<lb></lb>
ought by Law to be sent.</p>
<p n="624">THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name to re-<lb></lb>
quire You to remove and convey the said David Dunken<lb></lb>
from and out of your said Parish of St. Sepulchre<lb></lb>
London, to the said Parish of St. Botolph<lb></lb>
without Aldgate in Middxand them leave with<lb></lb>
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or<lb></lb>
one of them, who is and are hereby required to receive<lb></lb>
and provide for themaccording to Law. Hereof sail<lb></lb>
not, and this shall be your Warrant. Given under our<lb></lb>
Hands and Seals the <rs type="date" id="LMSLPS15035_date132">Sixth Day of AugustAnno<lb></lb>
