Sorts of Sword Belts in the Name & on the Creditt<lb></lb>
of the said Mr. Evan, by which false pretence he<lb></lb>
this Exainant did Cheat I defraud the said Mr.<lb></lb>
Haddock of a great Number of Belts amounting<lb></lb>
to a considerable sume of money, but how money<lb></lb>
this Exaiant cannot remember And further<lb></lb>
this Exainant Saith that he sold the said Belts<gap reason="illegible"></gap>

as he received the same at an under Price<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
<lb></lb>
converted the money he reced therefore to his<lb></lb>
own use, And that he never had the said Mr.<lb></lb>
Evans Order or Direction for such Belts, but saith<lb></lb>
that he comitted such fraud thro Necessity and.</p>
