Maid that he was very ill & had been gone into the<lb></lb>
Country Sometime before & still remained there for his<lb></lb>
Health And this Dept. Samll. Millington Saith that the<lb></lb>
Sd. Apprentice of the Sd: Mr. Osgood is a materiall<lb></lb>
Evidence in this Cause And that the Defts. cannot safely<lb></lb>
try their Traverse without the Evidence of the Said<lb></lb>
Apprentice.</p>
