to learn his Art, and with himafter the manner of an Apprentice to Serve from<lb></lb>

During which Term, the said Apprentice his said Master<lb></lb>
faithfully shall and will Serve, his Secrets keep his lawful Commandments every<lb></lb>
where glady do, he shall do no Damage to his said Master nor see to be done of<lb></lb>
others but he to his Power shall it lett, or forthwith give Notice to his said<lb></lb>
Master of the same: The Goods of his said Masterhe<lb></lb>
shall not waste, nor lend them unlawfully to any, Hurt to his said Master<lb></lb>
he shall not do, cause or procure to be done; he shall neither buy nor sell with-<lb></lb>
out his Masters leave Taverns, Inns, or Ale-houses he shall not haunt;<lb></lb>
at Cards, Dice, Tables, or any other unlawful Game he shall not play<lb></lb>
nor from the Service of his said Master<lb></lb>
Day nor Night Shall absent himself; nut in all things as an honest and faithful Ap-<lb></lb>
prentice, shall and will demean and behave himself toward his said Master<lb></lb>
and all his during all the said Term. And the said James Traherne<lb></lb>
in Consideration of the sum of Ten pounds publick Charity money<lb></lb>
of lawful Money of Great Britain to him in hand well and truly paid by the Trusters for sd.<lb></lb>

Apprentice in the Art of a Taylor forwhich he now<lb></lb>
useth, shall teach and instruct, or cause to be taught and instructed the best Way and<lb></lb>
Manner that he can, finding and allowing unto his ansaid Apprentice Sufficient<lb></lb>
Meat, Drink Apparell of all PorlsWashing, Lodging, and all other Necessaries,<lb></lb>
during the said Term And shall & will be also at the end of the sd. Terme provide<lb></lb>
for & deliver to his sd. Apprentice two good suits of apparelle fall Sorts the one<lb></lb>
for Holydays and thee ther for Working days meet & Crvement for Such an<lb></lb>
apprentice to hear & wear<lb></lb>
And for the true Performance of all and every the Covenants and Agreements a<lb></lb>
foresaid, either of the said Parties bindeth himself unto the other firmly by these<lb></lb>
