doe Severally make Oath And first this Dept Clarke Saith that the<lb></lb>
hath Exhibited three Indictmt two for perjury and one for Subornation of Perjury<lb></lb>
agt the Deft. Munday which are all found Ailla Vera by the Grand Jurry one<lb></lb>
at Hickes Hall and two of the said Indictments at the Old Banley to which<lb></lb>
the Said Dept did plead not Guilty at the last Sessions held at the Old Bayley<lb></lb>
And this Dept Further Saith That one <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15034_n344-3">William White</rs>

Charged and Contained in one of the sd Indictments for perjury Soe Exhibited agt the<lb></lb>
Said Depot Munday And Saith that the Sd William White is like wise a<gap reason="illegible"></gap>

Material Evidence to prove the truth of Some other Fact contained in the<lb></lb>
other of the Said Indictments for perjury Exhibited agt Said Dept<lb></lb>
Munday as aforesaid And this Depots further Saith that he hath been<lb></lb>
Informed that the Said William White was Some time Since Seized with Sickness<lb></lb>
& that thereupon he the said William White did goe into the County of<lb></lb>
Wilts for the Recovery of his Health where (as this Dept deleivers) their<lb></lb>
Said William White Still remaines And this Dept the rather beleives the<lb></lb>
same to be true for that this Dept did on Tuesday the Fifteenth day of<lb></lb>
this Instant October goe to the said William Whites Chambers in the<lb></lb>
Temple and did likewife this day goe thither againe at both which times<lb></lb>
this Dept was told by a person then there that the Said William White<gap reason="illegible"></gap>

was not yet returned from the County to London And this Dept Saith that<lb></lb>
he did on Monday last receive a Letter from the Said William White dated from<lb></lb>

and the Said Letter is directed to this Dept in Which<lb></lb>
Said Letter the said White Informers this Dept that he was Vuable to come to<lb></lb>
London by reason of his Indisposition for which he was heartily Sorry And this<lb></lb>
Dept saith that he did some time Since write to the Said White at Broad Chalke<lb></lb>
aforesaid to put him in Mind to come to London in order to be Present & give Evidence<lb></lb>
agt the Dept Munday on his tryall on the Said Indictments at the And dayley<lb></lb>
this pesent Sessions And this Dept is advised that neither of the Said Indictment for<lb></lb>
Perjury can Safely be tryed without haveing the Testimony of the Said William<lb></lb>
White on the tryalls of the Same nor doth this Dept know how to procure the Said<lb></lb>
William White to be prsent at the said Tryalls the prsent Sessions And this Dept<lb></lb>
James baker Saith that he did are Wednesday the sixteenth day Instant Serve the<lb></lb>
said dept Munday with a Notice in Writeing in the Words & Figures Following<lb></lb>
(Vizt) Duns Rex n Munday Sd three Indictments two for perjury & one for<lb></lb>
Subornation of perjury Mr. Munday take Notice that the Court at the Sessions<lb></lb>
House at the And Bayley with be moved tomorrow at twelve of the Clock at noon<lb></lb>
or Soe soon after as Councill can believed that the tryall of your on the three<lb></lb>
severall Indictments Exhibited agt you two for perjury & ought Subornation of<lb></lb>
Perjury may be deferrd till the next Sessions of our & Termoyer to be held as<lb></lb>
the Old Bayley aforesaid The prosecutor not being able to produce William White<lb></lb>
one of the material Evidence for the King to be Prsent this Sessions on they twall of the<lb></lb>
