That on the Twentieth days of November last 341 Quarter & an<lb></lb>
half of Malt belonging to yr petitioners was put in a Barge or Vessell<lb></lb>

the Sinking of ye sd Barge or Vessell, for which Your Petrs<lb></lb>

Kings Duty</p>
<p n="420">That Your Petitioners have with their Utmost diligence<lb></lb>
endeavoured to Save as much as possibly they win out of the<lb></lb>
Water And have taken thence<del>29</del>
256 Quarters & Seven bushells<lb></lb>
which is greatly damaged and the remaining 84 quarter & 5<lb></lb>
bushells enterely Lost, by which Your Petitioners are great<lb></lb>
sufferers</p>
<p n="421">That Your Petitioners have given Notice to ye Comrs of his<lb></lb>
Maties of Excize and have had a View of ye sd Malt with<lb></lb>
An officer appointed by them who now attends to Satisfie<lb></lb>
the Court in the premisses</p>
<p n="422">Your Petitionr. therefore most humbly pray Your Honr<lb></lb>
& Worps will be pleased to Order that they may be Allowed<lb></lb>
the whole Duty of ye 84 27 & 4 bushelly and also Such<lb></lb>
a proportinable Allowance for ye Damage Lustamed<lb></lb>
on ye 256 Qrs & 7 bushells as yr Honr & Worps Shall<lb></lb>
Adjudge reasonable And Grant them a Certificate for<lb></lb>
that purpose to ye Collectors of ye sd Duty.</p>
