caused to be made and Sett upon divers Suites of Cloaths or Garments<lb></lb>
severall Quantities of Buttons and Button holes of the same Stuffe<lb></lb>
of which such Suites or Garments were respectively made<lb></lb>
And that he hath been Adjudged or Ordered by the said Justices to pay<lb></lb>
the Forfeitures thereby Incurred. And forasmuch as the said<lb></lb>
Appellant is aggreived thereby</p>
<p n="219">He therefore Humbly Appeales unto this<lb></lb>
Court against the said Conviccon Anvell for that<lb></lb>
the same is Insufficient As that the said Appellant<lb></lb>
is not in any wise Chargeable with the offences<lb></lb>
therein Contained, or any of them and prays<lb></lb>
to be discharg'd therefrom in such manner<lb></lb>
as this Court shall think fitt.</p>
