St Andrew Holborn St Sepulchres St Brides Allhallows on ye wall<lb></lb>
St Botolph Aldersgate and St Botolph without Bishopsgate</p>

That Your Petitioners are very much Overburthened with poor and<lb></lb>
not able to raise Sufficient Sums of money amongst themselves to releive them<lb></lb>
notwithstanding their Assessments are greater then heretofore Yet the<lb></lb>
Charge of the poor is far above their Assessments as the Same upon their<lb></lb>
Examinacon hath divers times appeared to Several Worthy Aldermen of<lb></lb>
this City Appointed to hear the Same And their poor daily increasing<lb></lb>
upon their Said Parishes Some of them lying near the Suburbs and others<lb></lb>
of them in the Suburbs of this City.</p>
<p n="127">Their humble Petition therefore unto Your<lb></lb>
Honour and Worps is that You will be favourably pleased<lb></lb>
to grant unto them the Contributions of other parishes within<lb></lb>
this City for and towards the poor as they have formerly had<lb></lb>
which are particularly hereunder menconed or such farther<lb></lb>
Allowance as to Your Honour and Worps shall seem meet</p>
