This Examinant saith That She fell acquainted with<lb></lb>

between eight & nine weeks since after<lb></lb>
sometime he pretended Love towards this Examinant<lb></lb>
And this Examinant saith that last Tuesday was<lb></lb>
seven nights betwixt seven & eight of the Clocke<lb></lb>
at night the Bell at her Mrstresses door was rung<lb></lb>
when the said Examinant went to the door unlock'd<lb></lb>
the door and let the said Dayley & another Man<lb></lb>
called James into Mrs Crosse's house, which James<lb></lb>
the said Examinant since found to be called James<lb></lb>
Skamells That Dayley after he was in the house went<lb></lb>
up two pair of staires and the sd Examinant stayd<lb></lb>
up one pair of Staires, That the sd Dayley<lb></lb>
fetched the<del>Goods</del>
Cloths Linnen downe to<lb></lb>
the one pair of Staires, and that he broke<lb></lb>
the Glasse of the Cabbinett where Mrs Crosse,<lb></lb>
Plate was, for this Examinant heard the<lb></lb>
Glasse fall when he was in the Room where the<lb></lb>
Cabbinet Stood wth she knew was whole<lb></lb>
when the sd Dayley came into the house, That<lb></lb>
severall peices of Mrs Crosse's Plate, wch was by<lb></lb>
the sd Dayley & Skamell that night taken away<lb></lb>
were in that Cabinet imediately before the<lb></lb>
Glasse of it was broken, and see Dayley<lb></lb>

take severall peices of the sd plate &<lb></lb>
put them into a Baskett, That Dayley flung<lb></lb>
downe staires to the sd Examinant a Rideing-<lb></lb>
Hood belonging to Mrs Crosse which the sd Examint:<lb></lb>
carryed away with her & hath now upon her at<lb></lb>
the time of her Examinantion, That Sayley both<lb></lb>
opened & locked the Foredoor of the house where<lb></lb>
he & Skamell & the sd Examinant went out of<lb></lb>
the house</p>
