Taking Notice of the Hardships and Distresses,<lb></lb>
which the poorer sort of our Subjects, in and<lb></lb>

do suffer: We have thought fit,<lb></lb>
for their Relief and Support in this condition, to Signify<lb></lb>
our Pleasure to the Right Reverend Father in God, Henry,<lb></lb>

rish, to Collect the Benevolence of Charitable and Wel-<lb></lb>
disposed People, at their respective Dwellings within each<lb></lb>
Parish, for and towards the Support and Relief of our<lb></lb>
said poor Subjects, and to cause the Money to Collected<lb></lb>
to be paid immediately into the Chamber of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15023_geo22">London</rs>
