Marryed to one Mr holders Daughter a Merct: of the Citty of London<lb></lb>

and being called to an Accot. by his said Father for many Thousand<lb></lb>
pounds which he had of his Fathers in his hands in order to have<lb></lb>
disposed of some part thereof to this Informt: wife and the rest of<lb></lb>

whereupon this Informt: was comitted in October left to the Batehouse and<lb></lb>
some time after was brought to the Goale of Newgate and dureing his<lb></lb>

life but only to procure a divorse<del>from</del>
between him and his wife and<lb></lb>
that if this Informant would leave this Kingdome and retire into France<lb></lb>

this Informant told them the goeing out of England into France or the<lb></lb>
Attempt thereof would bee hazardous to this Informt: and if taken in<lb></lb>
the Attempt would render his life in hazard or something to that effect upon which they the<lb></lb>
said Eagan, Bush, and Jones told this Informt that they could easily<lb></lb>
convey him thither for as much as that they were the psons that conveyed</p>
