it & soone after this Informt. heard Murther cryed out & hee thereupon<lb></lb>
comeing out saw three psons strikeing<del>ye.</del>

Informt. beleives) & after this Informt. came out two of ye psons desisted<lb></lb>
from strikeing ye decd. but ye tallest continned wth. ye decd shingling till this<lb></lb>
Informt. parted them & then her runn away & this Infomt. Sayth he pshed<lb></lb>
