of Hackney coaches plying & Standing<lb></lb>
in the streets of this citty,<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
a very great<lb></lb>
annoyance & obstruction to<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
the Cittizens<lb></lb>
& Inhabitants of this Citty, & all persons<lb></lb>
going & passing along the Streets of the same</p>
<p n="630">We prsent Broakers acting on the exchange<lb></lb>
of London without being Sworne, & having<lb></lb>
no settled prise for the Caraines they make<lb></lb>
to be contrary to the Custome of the Citty<lb></lb>
of London of a prejudice to the trade of<lb></lb>
the Same.</p>
<p n="631">We prsent the neglect of the poor, & there<lb></lb>
being suffered to begg in great numbers<lb></lb>
up & downe the streets of this Citty, to be<lb></lb>
a dishonour to the Citty & an injury to<lb></lb>
the Inhabitants of the Same.</p>
<p n="632">We prsent the keeping open Tavernes<lb></lb>
Coffy houses & other publick houses on Sundays<lb></lb>
to be an ungodly practise, Huding to the<lb></lb>
prophanation of the Louds day & an<lb></lb>
incouragement to Debauchery.</p>
<p n="633">We prsent Lend Weom<obscured></obscured>
frequenting the streets<lb></lb>
of this Citty at unseasonable hours (called night-<lb></lb>
wakers) to be a very great nessacery offending<lb></lb>
to the ruine of the youth of this Citty</p>
