This Informt sayes, that about<del>feare</del>
seaven or Eight<lb></lb>
dayes before last Sessions Mr: Davis who lives in Redriffe<lb></lb>
came to Newgate, to see one Beames or prisoner, who was<lb></lb>
comitted there<del>by Mr<obscured></obscured>

for Robbing Mr Jarvis<del>him</del>
, and Mr Davis<lb></lb>
and, Beames did then in Newgate Consult how they should prvent Mr Jarvis<lb></lb>
from prosecuteing of Beames, which they did in this manner<lb></lb>
Mr Davis then proposed to Beames (this Informt. being Prsent)<lb></lb>
that if they could gett same Clipping and tooles, to be planted<lb></lb>
in Mr Jarvis house, Davis would give any pson forty shillings<lb></lb>
to doe it, and Beames told him hee would gett it done; and<lb></lb>
there Davis went away and Orded Beames wife to came to him<lb></lb>

and a Six pence Clipt halfe Rounds, and then they went away<lb></lb>
and the same day they came to Beames and told him they had<lb></lb>
layd the purse Clippine and tooles undr the loore Stepp<lb></lb>
in Mr Jarvis Valt; And then Beames writt to Mr<lb></lb>
Tulley, and Beames his wife & the two men went<lb></lb>
will the Letter to Mr Tulley, and Tulley same to this Informt<lb></lb>
