this Deponent and returned a pair within about 10 Minutes<lb></lb>
that during his absence the Other man got out of the <lb></lb>

that Men two Men had not any thing in their hands<lb></lb>
that they continued breading the Corn backwards and<lb></lb>
forwards for about 15 or 20 Minutes and then this Day<lb></lb>
and the Supervisor left the premises that this Deponent<lb></lb>
returned to the Defendant's house in the Morning in order<lb></lb>
to gauge the Corn in the Couch in the first house that he found the Corn<lb></lb>
therein very hard that it could not possibly have<lb></lb>
been so unless it had been forced or pressed together as<lb></lb>
aforesaid and the said <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45038_n10-2">William Goodrick</rs>
