for some gin he said he had no money she then put her Hand into his<lb></lb>
Pocket and forceably took out of one Guinea in Gold and about nine Shillings<lb></lb>
in Silver and said she only whanted to look at it she would not keep it that Prisoner<lb></lb>
sent another Woman who was in the Room for some Water that the woman went out and<lb></lb>
Stoped some time that Prisoner said she was very tharsty and wod. go and seek for<lb></lb>
the other Woman and return Immediatly that he waited Jane time with out her<lb></lb>
returning that he called down Stairs when the woman who had been sent<lb></lb>
for the Water came up and told him he need not Stay any longer for that<lb></lb>
his Money was gone he then called the Watchman to take the Parties into Custody<lb></lb>

that Frazier went with him into Hatchet ally where they found the Prisoner<lb></lb>
that she said she had only taken Seven Shillings and Sixpence from him that she<lb></lb>
was taken to the Watch House and Searched when twelve Shillings and Six pence<lb></lb>
was found in her Pocket but did not find any Guinea</p>
