that whilst they were drinking tea this Informant pulled his<lb></lb>
Silver Watch out to see what o'Clock it was, and then laid it on<lb></lb>
the table, that after they had drank tea the Watch being still on<lb></lb>
the table a person came into his Shop who wanted to be Served<lb></lb>
that Informant went into the Shop leaving said Searle in the<lb></lb>
Parlour with the Watch on the Table and whilst this Informant<lb></lb>
was Serving his Customer in the Shop he observed said Searle<lb></lb>
take up the Watch from the table and go of with it, that the<lb></lb>
next day Informant saw said Searle when he charged him with<lb></lb>
having taken said Watch who denied it And this Informant<lb></lb>
further says that he has seen his said Watch this day at<lb></lb>
Mr Cordeys a <rs type="occupation" id="LMOBPS45036_occ162">Pawn broker</rs>
