his Answers they were in Permington Street or there abouts says he asked Parker if they<lb></lb>
were all Bats who said they were most whole Bricks and that this Informant might give<lb></lb>
him what he pleasedThat he went and Shewed him a place in Mill Yard near<lb></lb>
where to put the said Bricks which he had not then seen Says he Returned home<lb></lb>
and soon after went toward Mill Yard and saw they were new Bricks and putting down into his place in said yard he<lb></lb>
went and fetched an Officer and <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45035_n404-4">Joshua Shingles</rs>

That by the persuasion of the said Officer and Shingles he received the said Bricks<lb></lb>
and liberated Parker and immediately enquired for the Owner of the Bricks<lb></lb>

has been informedSays that having delivered some of the said Bricks he after refused<lb></lb>
on seeing the <rs type="occupation" id="LMOBPS45035_occ115">Officer and Shingles</rs>
