produced to sell which he bought and paid Two Pounds<lb></lb>
eight Shillings and ten Pence for the same being ofter<lb></lb>
the Rate of four Shillings and three pence per Ounce<lb></lb>
That the this Informant particularly enquired of them<lb></lb>
in what manner they came by it when they replied<lb></lb>
they had found it in a Field near <rs type="placeName" id="LMOBPS45032_geo2461">Haverstock Hill</rs>

he did And this Informant further says that he verily<lb></lb>
believes the said Silver Tankard now produced and which<lb></lb>
he then bought of said Baker and Lane to have been<lb></lb>
feloniously Stolen And the said <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45032_n2545-4">Elizabeth Gilks</rs>

when he replied he found it in a Ditch nearly where<lb></lb>
he found the other That Informant asked said Baker</p>
