her feet down wards, no Water being<lb></lb>
in the Tub but Deced's Cloths being Wet,<lb></lb>
Says that he ordered the Tub to be<lb></lb>
pulled down and Deced was pulled<lb></lb>
out of it, when<obscured></obscured>
appeared to have<lb></lb>
been considerable time Drowned<lb></lb>
Says that he was since Examining the Body, but<lb></lb>
found no external Marks of violence<lb></lb>
upon her, there being a fullness in Deced's<lb></lb>
Throat, occasioned he believes by<lb></lb>
Deced's lying so long in the Tub, Says<lb></lb>
that the Deced might put herself into the<lb></lb>
Water tub but thinks she would have<lb></lb>
grazed herself against. the Tub, Edge of the<lb></lb>
Tub, Says that there was a Blackness on<lb></lb>
the inside of the right Arm, and Dept. thinks some<lb></lb>
congealed Blood, which might have happened<lb></lb>
either, by her being forced into the Tub or<lb></lb>
by putting herself into it</p>
