, that<lb></lb>
upon Monday the 16th. Instant he had occasion about 12<lb></lb>
o'Clock at Noon, to go to his drawer wherein he kept his<lb></lb>
Cash, in the Fore Room, upon pair of Stairs in his said<lb></lb>
House, that he then took thereout, five Guineas and a small<lb></lb>
Draft upon a Banker and that he then left behind him<lb></lb>
in the said Drawer, One Bank Note for the Sum of Twenty<lb></lb>
Pounds, another Bank Note for the Sum of Ten Pounds and<lb></lb>
about forty Guineas in Money, that he is certain he<lb></lb>
then locked the said drawer, and kept the key thereof in<lb></lb>
his pocket, and this Informant further sayeth that when<lb></lb>
he and his wife went up to bed in the said Room about<lb></lb>
12 o'Clock at Night, this Informant gave his wife some<lb></lb>
more money for her to put by in the same drawn, that<lb></lb>
when she attempted to unlock it, she could not get the Key<lb></lb>
in, upon which this Informant examined the Lock and<lb></lb>
found the same had been force'd and broke open and upon<lb></lb>
looking into the drawer where the money had been deposited<lb></lb>
found that the two Bank Notes above mentioned together<lb></lb>
with the about forty Guineas in Cash were all taken<lb></lb>
and covered away And this Informant further sayith<lb></lb>
that upon the said Monday the 16th Instant about 2 o'Clock<lb></lb>
in the Day the Person now Present who calls himself<lb></lb>
