and that on going away they said they would bring a Lady to look at<lb></lb>
themthat they came again between 6 and 7 o Clock in the<lb></lb>
Evening together with the Lady now present who calls herself<lb></lb>

but that he did not come into the Shop at that time on any time<lb></lb>
that Evening to this Informants Knowledge farther than the<lb></lb>
Threshold of the Doorthat this Informant further saith that<lb></lb>
he then had some Conversation with said Kirby relative to the sale<lb></lb>
of some Silk Handkerchiefsthat said Kirby offered this Informant<lb></lb>
30 Shillings for a piece containing 10 Handkerchiefs telling him<lb></lb>
at the same that he meant to sell them again to his Friends and<lb></lb>
Customers in the Country he being a Jobber in those Articles, and<lb></lb>
this Informant further saith that on said Kirbys not being<lb></lb>
willing to give mose than 30 Shillings he told him that he</p>
