<p n="1585">Who being upon Oath say and first the said Owen Conelly saith<lb></lb>
that about half past 2 o Clock on Sunday Morning last he put in his Chest<lb></lb>
of Drawers in the back Parlour Thirty Guineas and an half in Gold, two Guineas and an half<lb></lb>
in Silver and other Money together with a Silver Watch and two<lb></lb>
Mourning Singsthat he then locked said Drawers and gave the<lb></lb>
Key to his Wife who put it into her Pocket and laid it under the<lb></lb>
Bolster of the Bed and then went to Bedthat this Information then<lb></lb>
locked the said parlour Door and went to Bed that about a ¼ before<lb></lb>
5 o Clock on said Sunday Morning when this Informant got up he<lb></lb>
found the Window of said parlour open and on looking about he<lb></lb>
found his Chest of Drawers open and the Money and other Articles<lb></lb>
taken away that finding he had been robbed he immediatly called<lb></lb>
his Maid Servant and told her to go up Stairs and see if all the<lb></lb>
People were in bed that she returned immediately and told him<lb></lb>
that John was not at home (meaning the Person now present<lb></lb>
who calls himself <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45031_n1585-1">John Wilkinson</rs>
