Sunday Evening last about ten o'Clock he went into<lb></lb>
the Stable where the deceased was and found him<lb></lb>
laying upon the Straw and upon touching him to see<lb></lb>
if he was come to himself (supposing him in Liquor)<lb></lb>
he groamed where upon he gave him some more<lb></lb>
straw and left him and on Monday Morning about<lb></lb>
Six o Clock upon going again to the Stable to wee<lb></lb>
how the deceased was or whether he was gone. he<lb></lb>
found him dead.</p>

Upon his Oath<lb></lb>
Saith That on Sunday last he saw several Men<obscured></obscured>

came into this Deponents House and warmed himself<lb></lb>

in order. as Deponent supposes to make him go faster.<lb></lb>
and heard the deceased desire him not to strike him<lb></lb>
and part of the Company that were before la<obscured></obscured>
