saw Mr Davis with a Gun in his Hand at his<lb></lb>
Window up one pair of Stairs with the Window open pointing it towards the Door where her Sister<lb></lb>
and Clifton and the deceased were then standing<lb></lb>
That a Candle was burning on a Table by the side<lb></lb>
of the Door And there is a Lamp within Three Doors<lb></lb>
of her Sisters House-<del>That</del>
and there was a light<lb></lb>
in Davis's Room - That as soon as she got<lb></lb>
to the Door Davis fired the Gun - That her<lb></lb>
Sister Clifton and the deceased were all together<lb></lb>
nearly in front of the Door - That the deceased<lb></lb>
was shot in in the Right Eye, Month and left<lb></lb>
Breast - That Informant cryed Murder<lb></lb>
and Then Davis came over and said "what have<lb></lb>
I killed this innocent Man" That he also said<lb></lb>
curse upon all Thieves that was the Cause of this<lb></lb>
and appeared greatly moved - That this was<lb></lb>
the only firing which Informant heard</p>
