Thursday the sixteenth day of November instant<lb></lb>
about the Hour of nine in the Evening he was<lb></lb>

Seapula of the left shoulder which wound<lb></lb>
appeared to be about the Length of five or<lb></lb>
six Inches and as Deponent believes about<lb></lb>
the Depth of one Inch but such Wound having<lb></lb>
been served up Deponent did not think it necessary<lb></lb>
to open therefore came to speak with certainty<lb></lb>
as to the Depth he also found Wounds on<lb></lb>
the left Wrist the forehead and face That<lb></lb>
Deponent attended him from that time until<lb></lb>
