Recognizance, And this Deponent further saith that on the<lb></lb>
day the Prisoner was Acquitted he also attended but was<lb></lb>
informed that the London Jury who was then on would<lb></lb>
continued for a considerable time longer, when this Depont.<lb></lb>
went out of Court to get a little Refreshment which did not<lb></lb>
exceed a Quarter of an hour land on his Return was informd<lb></lb>
the Prisoner was Acquitted by the <rs type="placeName" id="LMOBPS45030_geo1264">Middlesex</rs>

have departed this Honorable Court had he not been informed<lb></lb>
and believed to be true that the London Jury<lb></lb>
would have continued a considerable time longer</p>
