a Glass of Wine that Informant declined it That said Batchelor<lb></lb>
then offer'd to take a Walk to his Lodgings, to see General Cunningham<lb></lb>
That Informant and said Batchelor went to a Public House on the<lb></lb>
opposite side of the Street, where they had some Rum and Water to<lb></lb>
drink, in a little back Parlour That nobody was in the Room, when<lb></lb>
they first went in, but another Man, came in soon afterwards, who<lb></lb>
seemed not to be acquainted with the said Batchelor That<lb></lb>
something passed between the Stranger, and said Batchelor, about<lb></lb>
Gambling, but that he does not know what it was, nor does he know<lb></lb>
whether they did Gamble or not That they drank about six<lb></lb>
pennyworth or a Shillingsworth of Rum and Water there & Informant had<lb></lb>
not been drinking before That said Batchelor and<del>Examinant</del>
