they discovered the Happy-Go-Lucky a Lugger lying under<lb></lb>

fired at her from the Hawke which she look us<lb></lb>
Notice of, but contained crowding all the Sail she could<lb></lb>
is order to make her escapethat in a few Minutes<lb></lb>
after the Hawke came up along side, and immediatly<lb></lb>
the Happy Go Lucky fired a Broad side into the<lb></lb>
Hawke and gave three CheersUpon which an Action<lb></lb>
began and continued for near an hour with great Warmth<lb></lb>
on both sides, till the Lack Revenue Lugger came up<lb></lb>
and run between the Hawke, and the Happy go Lucky, and<lb></lb>
fired abroad side, on which she struckAnd this Informant<lb></lb>
further saith that they then boarded the said Struggler and<lb></lb>
found the Captain and one of the Men killed, and about eleven<lb></lb>
woundedthat they then put the Men in Irons & conducted<lb></lb>
