now present who calls herself Ester Davis who<lb></lb>
pulled up her Petticoats and behaved otherwise<lb></lb>
indecently towards himThat at this time this Informant<lb></lb>
was making Water when said <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45029_n1793-1">Ester Davis</rs>

which he missed his Gold Watch and a Cambrick<lb></lb>
Handkerchiefand further says that he is very<lb></lb>
sure that the said Ester Davis felonuisly stole<lb></lb>
his saith Watch there being no other person but her<lb></lb>
present</p>
